Photographs of a female Israeli soldier who posed smiling next to Palestinian prisoners blindfolded and hands tied caused a stir in Israel, after the release on Monday public television.
The girl, Eden Abargil, published his photos along with the detainees to be stored in an social network site Facebook, and the Israeli public television broadcast later in the evening.
The Israeli military denounced a statement "the shameful behavior of the soldier," and said that he had completed his military service a year ago.
The images are titled: "The army, the best period of my life." Women show the Palestinian side are blindfolded and hands tied, in an army base.
The director of the Israeli Committee against Torture, Yishai Menuchim condemned the behavior of the soldier in a statement, said that "illustrates an attitude that became the norm and that is treating the Palestinians as objects and not as human beings "
